The non-personal anonymous information that we collect may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about users means of connection to our Website, such as the operating system and the Internet service provider utilized and other similar information.
COG is the sole owner of the information collected on the Website. This information is used in ways COG determines appropriate in its sole discretion, and it reserves the right to do so. COG will not sell or rent personally identifiable information to anyone, and it will not disclose any collected information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

COG requests information from a User on the Website if the User performs a financial transaction with COG. In this case, a User must provide information including, but not limited to, name, address, and financial information, along with credit card information or bank account information. COG may use a third-party business associate intermediary to perform the transaction processing. This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and uses the information provided for the sole purpose of processing the transaction. The security of the information that you provide to us is very important to us. Consequently, we have taken several measures to protect your information. All transactions with COG involving sensitive information, such as your credit/debit card number and expiration date, are conducted using a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time with their children online. No information should be submitted to or posted on the Website by users 13 years old and younger without the consent of their parent or guardian. Unless otherwise disclosed during collection, we will not provide any personally identifying information, regardless of its source, to any third party outside of the church community for any purpose whatsoever for our users 13 years and younger. If any services or features on the Website require registration, a user 13-year-old and younger will be required to provide the email of the parent or guardian which will allow us to notify that person that the child has registered for a service or feature. Parental or guardian consent will consist of an email from that person to the COG stating that they are aware that the child is using the web site. Unless permission has been granted, COG will not publish any image with full names or other identifying information. Images will not be used commercially. We will not knowingly post any image that would be embarrassing, objectionable or would present any individual or group in a false light. We will gladly remove any image immediately upon request.
