By having an account, you will be allowed to access information, resources and certain features designed for those who attend COG regularly. COG will never request your user name or password via any email message or over the telephone. If you receive such an email or call, please forward the entire message or information about any call immediately to _________.  Never provide your Church username or password to anyone via email or phone.

You can view and update your personal information at any time by signing in to your account on COG’s Website and changing your profile.

COG requests information from a User on the Website if the User performs a financial transaction with COG. In this case, a User must provide information including, but not limited to, name, address, and financial information, along with credit card information or bank account information. COG may use a third-party business associate intermediary to perform the transaction processing. This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and uses the information provided for the sole purpose of processing the transaction. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time with their children online. No information should be submitted to or posted on the Website by users 13 years old and younger without the consent of their parent or guardian. Unless otherwise disclosed during collection, we will not provide any personally identifying information, regardless of its source, to any third party outside of the church community for any purpose whatsoever for our users 13 years and younger. If any services or features on the Website require registration, a user 13-year-old and younger will be required to provide the email of the parent or guardian which will allow us to notify that person that the child has registered for a service or feature. Parental or guardian consent will consist of an email from that person to the COG stating that they are aware that the child is using the web site. Identifying a User as 13 or under is not easy and we will not be held responsible for anyone misrepresenting as over 13 when in fact they are not.

Participation in COG events implies permission to reproduce images from those events in church publications and communications online or in print. Unless permission has been granted, COG will not publish any image with full names or other identifying information. Images will not be used commercially. We will not knowingly post any image that would be embarrassing, objectionable or would present any individual or group in a false light. We will gladly remove any image immediately upon request.

Church may amend this policy from time to time. If it makes any substantial changes in the way it uses your personal information, Church will notify you by posting an announcement on the Site.
