Student Ministry

The COG Student ministry exists to help teenagers know God, become like Jesus and serve his world!

What we do

Youth Group

Youth Group

The COG Youth Group meets every other Sunday night from 6:30-8:30PM in the COG Youth annex for games, music, food, prayer, and a Bible-centered lesson.  Our goal is for this program to be a safe and fun place for Middle and High school students to ask real questions, develop meaningful friendships and grow from God’s word.

Discipleship Groups

D-groups are gender-specific small group meetings for Middle/High school students led by mature COG members in their homes or at COG.  D-groups meet for a time of Bible study and fun activities.   Our goal is for d-groups to foster mentorship as well as mutual encouragement and accountability among students.
“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds…” ~Hebrews 10:24

Service & Missions

Service & Missions

We believe that youth are served best when they’re serving!  The COG student ministry places a priority on engaging youth in service both through regular opportunities within ongoing church ministries as well as through outreach in the community and mission trips during the summer.

“Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.” ~ James 1:27

Sunday Christian Education

Sunday Morning Youth CE

On Sunday mornings, expect an engaging time of Bible-centered Christian education with separate classes for middle and high school students.  We meet at 9:15AM in the COG Youth annex!
