Women’s Ministry

Women’s Ministry

Wednesday Mornings at 10:00 am to 11:30 am at Covenant of Grace in the adult annex.

Join us as we study the book of Nehemiah. This little book of the Old Testament shows us the love and faithfulness of our covenant keeping God. We will be using a study guide by Kathleen Nielson. Childcare is provided for young children. Just let us know in advanced.

Questions?  Please call the Church Office.

Sunday School begins at 9:15 am. A women’s Sunday School class will be offered in our spring quarter beginning on March 3.

Class Name: “None like Him”

Class Location: Adult Annex

Class Description: God is self-existent, self-sufficient, eternal, immutable, omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent, sovereign, infinite, and incomprehensible.  We’re not.  And that’s a good thing.  Our limitations are by design.  We were never meant to be God.  But at the root of every sin is our rebellious desire to possess attributes that belong to God alone.  Calling us to embrace our limits as a means of glorifying God’s limitless power, Jen Wilkin invites us to celebrate the freedom that comes when we rest in letting God be God.

We have many different strengths and backgrounds. We are from different generations. We are employees, employers, mothers, grandmothers, sisters, wives, daughters, singles, friends, mentors and more. Yet within all this diversity, we have a commonality… we are women who have a common bond in Christ. And it is upon this common bond that Covenant of Grace endeavors to build it’s Women’s Ministry.

Covenant’s Women’s Ministry offers a variety of different events and opportunities for women to come together and support one another. Fellowship opportunities are provided through activities such as ladies teas, breakfasts and luncheons. Opportunities for growth are available through Bible Studies, ladies Sunday School classes, and retreats.

Women’s Ministry Mission:

The Women’s Ministry exists to help women grow in the knowledge of God’s greatness, love, and purpose so that we might live, love and serve like Christ.

Women’s Ministry Vision:

We desire to be a Christ-centered community of women who connect relationally and spiritually. We seek to equip and encourage women to realize their design as life-givers and be intentional to serve and support the body of Christ.
